The hotel is well located; at about 5 min. from the MTR station Causeway Bay. There is no breakfast served but nearby there is a Starbucks and other similar places where you can have breakfast. On the second floor of the building there is a massage centre of which you can be sure it is not 'dodgy'. There is free wired internet, but if you want to use it for free, you should bring your own cable; if not you can buy a cable at 30 HK$ at the reception.
The staff at the reception was not really friendly and not very helpful. They did not offer a room to have a shower when we wanted to have a shower and get changed the evening we were flying back home.
Good english staff!
I need to pay to buy internet ethernet line and power plug.
The staff requested me to buy(!!!) a power adaptor. Not rent but buy! Unbelivable. So, if anyone is going to book this hotel and want to use power for anything - bring a power adaptor with you or else it will cost you 10 hk$. Internet at the beginning was not working, they fixed that after one day. You also better have your own lan cable. Idd calls very expensive: for a short, less than two minutes call to S.Korea they charged 54hk$.
Location is close to shopping area in Hong Kong, hence situated in a very lively area.
Budget/packer feeling of the room.
the quiteness of the hotel and the location of the hotel.
The room is too small and there is no sign of the hotel from street level
Excellent location. We enjoyed the nearby shopping at Causeway Bay and relative proximity of the MTR station.
Good place in the city.
The free cable internet was advertised, but in fact staff claims you have to pay for cable, other guests claiming also paying for the adapter.
Good hotel, clean. Top location.
Room is too small, but ok for couple with 2-3 nights stay.
Central location on main road, easily assessible by various modes of transport, airconditioning worked well.
Very nice hotel in Hongkong. Great Location. If you want to use internet, you need to bring a cable with you. They provide free wired internet access, but no wireless.
Not much opportunity that i got to understand my liking or disliking because i entered at nigt and left early morning.
Staff members are rigid and theyare fixed in their mind. It may be good for them but not good for teh visitor.
No restaurant at the hotel. No porterage. Four blocks from the nearest Airport Express Shuttle Bus Stop.
The staff were polite and helpful.
We were charged more than was stated in our agreement that was sent over the internet.
When we checked in there was a problem with the room and I called the desk and they immediately fixed it.
Bad location. Far from restaurants or bars. 4 taxi drivers had problems to find the hotel. Only non smoking rooms and no place for smokers provided. Smokers are asked to smoke on the street by the garbage area. No coffe or sugar at the room, only green tea; even many Chinese cannot drink it becaue of health problems. Promised coffee never arrived to the room. Only 4 channels on tv, all Chinese. Morning newspaper in Chinese (all hotels in Hong Kong provide an English edition). No breakfast and no possibility to have a breakfast nearby hotel. Service cannot (or do not want) to inform where breakfast can be taken causing problems especially having an early morning appointment. Nobody wanted to help to find a taxi (raining and with heavy bags!)
